About the Job
Responsible for maintaining accurate cash records, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes.
Responsibilites
Record and reconcile daily cash activity across multiple cash drawers and bank accounts.
Complete monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and post journal entries related to cash transactions.
Monitor cash activity and support internal reporting.
Ensure accurate cash posting and documentation.
Research discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.
Assist with month-end close tasks and additional accounting projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
0–1 years of accounting experience.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
