Job Title: INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE (Lady Lake)

RoMac Building Supply has an immediate opening for a friendly Front Counter Associate in Lady Lake who is a welcoming, knowledgeable resource for customers. Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficient processing of their orders. Answers questions and provides information as needed. Generates sales through excellent customer service, add-on and up-selling. With over 350 employees RoMac is one of Florida's premier residential and commercial building material suppliers. A family owned company; we have been in business since 1945.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn product information and technical concepts

  • Must be comfortable selling company products

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills related to the market

  • Problem solving skills; ability to determine solutions for customers

  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment

  • Good phone skills

  • Shelve stock items to keep showroom well stocked, neat and clean

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

 

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
