About the Job
RoMac Building Supply in Leesburg, Florida is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator. We are looking for someone to assist the Outside Salesmen in their customer service activities. This includes creating estimates from quotations provided by OSR, sourcing product needed to to fulfill job requirements, taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently. The coordinator is responsible for the accurate invoicing of materials.
Responsibilites
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members regarding lumber and building supply products.
Enter information accurately into company systems and maintain attention to detail.
Assist with daily operations and resolve issues as they arise.
Manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with team members while completing assigned tasks independently.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Building materials experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent data entry skills and accuracy.
Proficiency using a computer.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
