About the Role
We are seeking a Wall Panel Manager to join our team at RoMac Distribution. In this role, you are responsible for directing, implementing, and driving best practices and procedures to achieve or exceed the overall company performance of the plant. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the wall panel plant.
Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supporting staff.
Organize production workflow to meet required specifications, lean philosophies, and production dates
Develop, implement, and maintain best practices for production and design
Develop strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within the wall panel industry.
Strong knowledge of lumber and manufacturing principles, practices and protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to operate personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and any other equipment necessary for the job.
