Job Title: Manager in Training
RoMac Building Supply is continuing to expand and is hiring a Manager in Training to work in Lake, Sumter and Marion county. Our Manager in Training program is a multi year training program designed to allow the associate to learn every segment of our business and culture. Once training is complete, the candidate will have a management opportunity in one of our branches. We prefer someone with a background in lumber, building materials, aluminum extrusion or the vinyl siding industry and has a desire to learn and grow with our company.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills related to the lumber and supply industry

Proficiency using a computer

Work well within a team environment

Excellent customer service skills

Detail oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical and able to solve problems

Knowledge of lumber industry

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a drug test, clear background

Salary: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
