Job Title: WINDOW SERVICE TECH

RoMac Distribution has an immediate opening for a Window Service Technician in Wildwood, FL. With over 500 employees RoMac Building Supply is one of Florida's premier residential and commercial building material suppliers. A family owned company; we have been in business since 1945.

 

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for multiple tasks involving the take down of old windows/or equipment and installation and service of new windows.

Applicants with no previous experience will begin as helpers and will be properly trained in the service department. Advancement opportunities are available to those who excel during their training period.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience changing out windows preferred

  • Math and measurement skills

  • Ability to operate power tools

  • Able to work with a team

  • Able to evaluate and diagnose window, sliding glass door, and garage screen door issues and make repairs

  • Able to install, repair, and replace windows and door glass

  • Customer service

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

 

Physical/Work Environment Requirements:

  • Repetitive standing, lifting, reaching, bending, climbing, & kneeling

  • Ability to lift 60 or more pounds

 

Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
