About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist improves RoMac’s online visibility. The role focuses on search performance, paid advertising, social platform management, accurate business listings, and provides analytics. This position works closely with the Marketing Specialist, the Video Production Specialist, and the Director of Marketing. This is an in person position.

Responsibilities
Digital Optimization
Update website content, layout, and internal linking to support higher placement in search results
Maintain Google Business Profiles by updating services, hours, photos, posts, and attributes
Improve placement on maps and strengthen visibility for each location
Secure backlinks through vendors, partners, and relevant organizations
Prepare and publish blog content written by the Marketing Specialist
Review website activity and recommend steps that support sales goals
Social Media and Platform Activity
Track changes in platform behavior and monitor engagement patterns
Provide performance reports that identify opportunities to expand reach
Maintain accurate information on all company social pages
Supply data and observations that support planning led by the Director of Marketing
Digital Advertising
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
Adjust keywords, targeting, and budgets based on performance data
Share results and recommendations with the Director of Marketing
Reporting and Analysis
Track website performance, search placement, Google Business Profile activity, advertising results, and social metrics
Prepare reports that show progress, concerns, and required adjustments
Identify opportunities that strengthen the company’s digital presence and support sales teams
Team Collaboration
Work with the Marketing Specialist to ensure content and visuals meet digital requirements
Coordinate with the Video Production Specialist when video materials are needed online
Communicate with departments to maintain accurate information across digital platforms
Qualifications
Experience improving digital performance with measurable results
Skill in SEO practices, Google Business Profile management, map ranking improvements, backlink development, and digital advertising
Ability to review data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations
On the job experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and website content systems
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with a cross-department team
