About the Role
We're hiring experienced Door Installers and Service Techs for residential jobs in new construction and remodel settings. This position requires attention to detail, physical ability, and strong knowledge of doors and installation tools.
Responsibilities
Install residential doors on new construction and remodeling job sites
Load, unload, and transport door units to and from job sites
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Measure and fit doors accurately using tape measures and levels
Identify and resolve installation or service issues on-site
Communicate with homeowners, builders, and supervisors professionally
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all job site and company safety procedures
Complete paperwork or digital documentation as needed
Train and mentor new helpers if experienced
Represent RoMac with professionalism and courtesy on every job
Qualifications
Experience installing windows/doors (required)
Ability to lift and handle heavy door units
Proficient with tape measures and power tools
Strong attention to detail and safety
Good driving record
Ability to work independently
Helpers without experience will be trained
