About the Role
Oversees daily warehouse operations for the garage door division, including inventory control, staff supervision, receiving, storage, and shipment of materials. Ensures a safe, efficient workflow and accurate inventory levels.
Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
Oversee inventory flow and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Supervise and support warehouse staff.
Maintain safety compliance and enforce OSHA and workplace safety practices.
Ensure efficiency and organization of goods and materials.
Communicate effectively with employees and customers.
Qualifications
Prior forklift and warehouse experience.
Supervisory and team leadership skills.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
Ability to manage inventory effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Team management experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Warehouse management experience: 1 year (required).
Warehouse supervisor experience: 1 year (required).
Forklift experience: 1 year (required).
