RoMac Building Supply has an immediate opening for a Parts Manager in Leesburg, Florida. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of truck and forklift parts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to keep a large fleet of 250+ trucks and forklifts running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Identify semi-truck and forklift parts by sight and function
Source and order parts in a cost-effective and timely manner
Cross-reference part numbers for accuracy and compatibility
Maintain inventory control and ensure proper record keeping
Track parts usage, invoicing, and reorders
Support mechanics and operations with parts availability
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in parts management, sourcing, or related field (Required)
Familiarity with semi-truck and forklift parts (Required)
Ability to identify and cross-reference parts independently (Required)
Experience with inventory control and recordkeeping systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Vendor negotiation and sourcing experience a plus
