About the Job
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant for the Window Department in The Villages. This role supports daily office operations by assisting customers, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilites
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Provide customer follow-up and assist walk-in customers
Maintain spreadsheets and perform data entry tasks
Prepare building floor plan budgets for The Villages
Organize and maintain office records and documentation
Support daily administrative operations within the department
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Google Suite and general computer applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Customer service experience preferred
