RoMac Building Supply marked an exciting new chapter with the official Board Cutting Ceremony for our new RoMac Distribution Truss Plant. Held at the new facility, the event welcomed contractors who build homes in The Villages, vendor partners, and RoMac team members to celebrate this major milestone together.
The morning began with a warm welcome to all in attendance, followed by the ceremonial board cutting led by several key members of RoMac’s leadership team:
Dan Robuck III, President
Don Magruder, CEO
Jake Trapp, COO
Justin Cooper, Distribution General Manager
John Anderson, Truss Plant Operations Manager
Brandon Clifton, Truss Production Manager
Harry Muir, Director of Structural Component Manufacturing
Robert Connell, Truss Plant Manager
Each of these leaders plays an important role in the success and future of RoMac’s growing operations, and their participation signifies just how important this expansion is to our continued commitment to serve the Central Florida construction market.
Following the ceremony, Harry Muir led guests on a tour of the new facility, giving contractors and partners a firsthand look at the equipment, workflow, and innovations that will help meet increasing demand for high-quality truss systems. The tour provided valuable insight into how RoMac continues to invest in infrastructure and technology to support builders at every stage of construction.
Guests also enjoyed a delicious lunch catered by Willie Jewels BBQ, a perfect way to wrap up the celebration with great food and great company.
We’re incredibly thankful to our vendor partners who attended and supported the event, including Yellawood, Langdale Forest Products, Prowood, Boise Cascade, PrimeSource, BlueLinx, and MiTek. Your partnership is instrumental to our success.
As we grow to meet the needs of the communities we serve, this new plant represents more than just expansion—it represents our ongoing promise to supply communities and build up people.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this important milestone. We’re proud to continue building the future—together.
