Meet Juan Chiuchiolo, RoMac’s Tool & Fastening Expert

At RoMac Building Supply, keeping projects moving means more than delivering the right materials. It also means having the right people ready to help when equipment needs attention, tools need repairs or a contractor runs into a problem on the job.
Meet Juan Chiuchiolo, RoMac’s Tool & Fastening Manager. With 20 years of experience repairing tools and equipment, Juan brings hands-on expertise, practical solutions and a passion for helping contractors get back to work.
20 Years of Experience. One Goal: Find a Solution.
Juan’s role takes him throughout RoMac’s truss plants and out to contractors’ job sites. He helps ensure the truss plants have the equipment, tools, parts and service they need while providing hands-on support to contractors in the field.
From diagnosing equipment issues to repairing tools on-site, Juan focuses on finding solutions that help minimize downtime and keep work moving.
“I find the solution no matter what.”
That commitment reflects Juan’s approach to every service call. With two decades of experience, he understands that when a tool stops working, the rest of the job can be affected. His goal is to bring the expertise and service needed to address the problem as efficiently as possible.
Hands-On Service Where Contractors Need It Most
Juan provides a range of tool and equipment services, including nail gun and staple gun repairs, air hose repairs, compressor repairs and blade sharpening. He also helps contractors troubleshoot equipment issues and provides preventative maintenance to help keep tools in working condition.
Rather than requiring contractors to handle every issue on their own, Juan brings his knowledge and service directly to the job site.
For RoMac contractors who purchase from us, on-site repair services are provided at no charge. It’s one more way RoMac supports the people who depend on us to keep their projects on schedule.
“I’m passionate about helping them and bringing the best service that we can.”
More Than Repairs: Tools, Fasteners & Equipment
Juan’s role extends beyond repairs. Through RoMac’s tool and fastening offerings, contractors can find the supplies and support they need for everyday work and specialized applications.
His areas of support include:
Nails and fasteners: A wide selection of nails, including hard-to-find options.
Nailers and compressors: Sales and support for essential fastening equipment.
Air hoses: Sales and repair services.
General tool repairs: Hands-on troubleshooting and repairs for a variety of tools.
Power tools and batteries: Service support for qualifying DeWalt and Milwaukee tools purchased through RoMac.
Blade sharpening: Helping keep blades ready for the work ahead.
Preventative maintenance: Routine tune-ups to help equipment stay in working condition.
On-site service: Convenient support for qualifying RoMac contractors at their job sites.
For eligible contractors, RoMac also provides service and battery replacement support for qualifying DeWalt and Milwaukee products purchased through RoMac. Contractors can contact the team for details on eligibility and service requirements.
Helping Contractors Keep Moving
For Juan, the work comes down to helping people solve problems. Whether he’s maintaining equipment at a RoMac truss plant or repairing a tool at a contractor’s jobsite, he brings the same hands-on approach and commitment to service.
His 20 years of experience are more than a number. They represent the knowledge he brings to each repair, the problems he helps contractors work through and the relationships built by showing up when support is needed.
At RoMac Building Supply, being more than a supplier means standing behind the products we provide and helping contractors find solutions beyond the sale.
