About the Role
RoMac Building Supply has an immediate opening for an Outside Window Sales Representative in Leesburg.
Responsibilities
Present and sell company window products and services to new and existing customers
Accurately measure for new and/or replacement windows
Work with our valued customers to provide professional, outstanding customer service, and demonstrate knowledge of our window products/services
Close business consistently to achieve monthly sales objectives
Adhere to and respect all company policies and procedures
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications
Previous experience in window sales preferred
Strong negotiation skills
Highly motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills related to the market
Problem solving skills; ability to determine solutions for customers
Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Proficiency in using Google Suite applications
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
