About the Job
Coordinates and manages all building permit processes to ensure timely approvals and accurate documentation for projects.
Responsibilites
Coordinate, file, and obtain all project building permits.
Maintain an organized filing system.
Maintain documents and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Google Suite.
Florida building permitting experience required.
Construction office experience a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Proficient computer skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
