About the Job
RoMac Building Supply is seeking a Class A or B Truck Driver to deliver shingles and building materials from its Mount Dora location. This role involves safely transporting materials, assisting with loading and unloading, and maintaining professional service standards during deliveries.
Responsibilites
Safely operate Class A or B commercial vehicles for shingle deliveries
Load and unload shingles and building materials
Deliver materials to customer and job site locations in a timely manner
Perform daily vehicle inspections and follow safety procedures
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of CDL Class A or B commercial driving experience required
Minimum 1 year of shingle delivery experience required
Knowledge of lumber and building materials preferred
Valid driver’s license with a verifiable safe driving record
Ability to lift and carry at least 75 pounds
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
