About the Job
RoMac Building Supply is seeking Garage Door Installers and Service Technicians to join its growing team in The Villages. This role involves installing, servicing, and repairing garage doors while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, and hands-on training is provided.
Responsibilites
Install, service, and repair garage doors and related components
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Safely operate power tools and equipment
Provide professional customer service at job sites
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow company safety procedures and job site standards
Qualifications
Experience in garage door installation or service preferred
Entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
Basic math and measurement skills required
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills required
Familiarity with power tools preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physical labor throughout the workday
