About the Job
We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives across print, digital, and social media channels. This hands-on role focuses on content creation, brand consistency, social media management, and marketing production in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilites
Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, signage, event graphics, and branded collateral
Execute and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
Capture photos and short-form video content at events and job sites for marketing use
Maintain and update website content and owned media channels
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and company announcements with ready-to-publish assets
Coordinate print production with vendors for signage, direct mail, and branded materials
Ensure all marketing content aligns with company brand standards and messaging
Track and report social media engagement and content performance metrics
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design required
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience required
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator required
Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written communication skills and attention to visual detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Wix preferred
