About the Job
RoMac Home Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential window, exterior door, and garage door installation projects. This role manages projects from initial planning through completion while coordinating homeowners, installation crews, and deliveries to ensure quality workmanship and an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilites
Manage residential installation projects from initial measurements through final project completion
Coordinate schedules between homeowners, installation crews, and delivery teams using ServiceTitan
Verify rough openings, flashing, substrate conditions, and overall installation readiness
Lead and support installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and product requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project
Conduct final walkthroughs and maintain clean, organized job sites
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience managing residential construction, retrofitting, or remodeling projects required
Strong knowledge of the Florida Building Code and product approvals for impact and non-impact windows and doors required
Experience with residential windows, exterior entry doors, and garage door systems preferred
Experience using project management software, including ServiceTitan, preferred
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record required
Ability to work in active residential construction environments and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
