About the Job
RoMac Home Services is seeking an experienced Window & Door Installer to install residential impact and non-impact windows, sliding glass doors, and exterior entry doors. This role requires expertise in installation techniques, finishing work, and compliance with Florida building codes while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilites
Install impact and non-impact windows and exterior doors at residential properties
Verify rough opening dimensions, flashing, and substrate conditions before installation
Complete installations in accordance with Florida Building Code and manufacturer specifications
Properly flash, seal, and finish all window and door openings
Perform finishing work, including stucco patching, drywall repair, trim work, and painting as needed
Document job progress and completion using ServiceTitan
Identify and report punch list items for timely resolution
Conduct professional homeowner walkthroughs and maintain a clean, organized job site
Qualifications
Proven residential installation experience with both windows and doors required
Experience with finishing work, including drywall, trim, stucco, and painting required
Working knowledge of the Florida Building Code as it applies to windows and doors required
Familiarity with Florida Product Approval and Miami-Dade NOA requirements preferred
Experience working on permitted residential projects preferred
Ability to read and interpret installation drawings and manufacturer specifications
Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
Experience using or willingness to learn ServiceTitan required
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record required
Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
