Ro-Mac Lumber & Supply has an immediate opening for a Window & Door Coordinator in Ocala, FL. With nearly 700 employees RoMac Building Supply is one of Florida's premier residential and commercial building material suppliers. A family owned company; we have been in business since 1945.
Responsibilites
Generate estimates using quoting software for walk-in/call-in customers & salespeople
Answer basic questions on windows and door products
Complete basic take-offs
Follow-up with customers/salespeople
Ability to show up regularly and on time
Any tasks/projects requested by manager
Qualifications
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service skills
Process payments
Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team
Assisting with answering phones and filing
Proficiency using a computer
Ability to multitask
Aptitude in math
Attention to detail
Ability to learn several computer based quoting programs
Valid driver’s license (clean driving record)
